1. Firstly, know that you have made the right choice! Marble has the most amazing qualities, uniqueness, beauty, durability, it has spent 1000’s of years in the making to then be chosen by you for your project. How lucky are you! Also, no two slabs of marble are the same, they may be from the same block, but veins can jump, colour can slightly vary as it forms in the Earth and therefore, each piece is special.

2. When selecting your material, choose for beauty, colour and type, go with the one that says something to you, makes a connection. Remember we will be there every step of the way advising on suitability and which materials meet your budgetary constraints.

3. As a size format I would always use the largest possible, the less grout lines the better. You can always then start to achieve a book matched or butterfly matched appearance on walls and or floors.

4. Underfloor heating can be installed to give that extra cosy feeling.

5. Look after your marble properly and it will outlast you! No harsh cleaning product, no limescale remover, only PH balance stone cleaning products. Care for it as you would a beautiful piece of furniture but, knowing that it can take the knocks.
